On Some Very Small Things.

Philly SportsCast #75 – January 25, 2007
We recap the week in sports and, unfortunately, it was not one that had much to do with the Philadelphia sports scene. One things is for sure, we are not going to spend the time we cherish slugging beers in the in the basement on some very small things.
It is time to look forward and rehashing quarterback controversies and tough playoff losses is just not going to be done around here. If, as Philly Sports Fans, we pinned over every playoff loss, we would collectively go bonkers.
It could be worse, we could have the Cowboys and their insane owner as our professional football team.

Philly SportsCast #74 – January 18, 2007
It had to end sometime. We are entering a terrible time in the history of Philadelphia sports and, although it has been said many times over the past week, it’s not going to get any better anytime soon.
Yeah the Phillies are on the way, but they are the perennial losers in this town. I understand hope springs with upcoming spring training, but if we are pinning our hopes on the most unsuccessful franchise in the history of western sports, it is worse than I thought.
The times – they are surely not a’changing.

Philly SportsCast #73 – January 11, 2007
While there are many things going on in this beautiful and always cruel world of Philly Sports, we are focused on the Eagles and the team’s ability to beat the Saints tonight.
As we all are, Pairface is especially excited that the Cowboys lost they way they did and he expresses this very thing in the forums.
Goodbye Cowboys. Goodbye Giants.

Philly SportsCast #72 - January 4, 2007
Reality has always been a factor when it comes to describing a Philadelphia sports fan – and this year is no different as the Eagles ready themselves for the playoffs and the Flyers and Sixers are well on their way to dismal seasons.
Be realistic about the Bird’s chances this weekend, enjoy the game and hope for the best. In the basement we are all confident they will come out on top. However, there was that Tampa Bay playoff game and that Carolina playoff game and that…
You get my drift. Go Birds!
