Philly SportsCast #84 – April 11, 2007

We were lucky to record this week’s sportscast the same night the Phillies recorded their second win - against the Mets. It was extra special for the three of us as “letsgomets” joined us in the basement for the game. Hilarity certainly does ensue - as we welcome this stinking Mets fan back to the Philly SportsCast community.

Also, we have a special treat for you. At the end of the sportscast, Joe Thalman’s “Down” can be heard in its entirety. Enjoy. Joe is a friend of the show and has, I’m sure everyone will agree, some serious talent.

the best

After watching the Phillies lose this first game of the Huston series, 9-6 — I am going to flip if I see another one of those “Goosebumps” commercials. This team is bad.

Finally, June 30th is an important date for us all. This will be the first Philly SportsCast all-hands get together. If you’re in the mood for a rockin’ good time and are interested in tickets to the game and the tailgate party email us at phillysportscast @ gmail.com.
