While the signing of Roy Halladay seems to have been somewhat overlooked because of all the “we coulda had Cliff Lee too” crybabyness, I am here to tell ya – and this photo is beautiful proof – that Halladay is a Phillie and the joy that comes with that is overwhelming.

    No question.
    This guy has been down there for a while already, and Kendrick is down there working out with him. Just think what he is going to do for the entire pitching staff.
    If Hamels can get a good cutter or slider going, Happ & Blanton are the same, and you get Kendrick some confidence being the 5th guy, I’m saying look the fuck out.

    Why didn’t we trade Hollywood’s shrinking confidence instead of Lee we would have gotten similar prospects, and lost lee next year vice this year.
