What is there to say about the state of Philadelphia sports?
While we have said many times on the SportsCast that this has been a successful season for the Phillies because this team has something to play for through the last week of the season, it is a tough pill for the Phillies’ fan. Then this team loses two to Washington and its season ends. Soon it will all be over. Taps will be playing soon.
All we have now is the Birds and the Flyers. Is the big tease just starting again? Too many years without a Championship in this town.
