Strahan Retires
Published: June 9th, 2008
How great is this…
(AP) Seven-time Pro Bowl defensive end Michael Strahan is retiring after a 15-year career, capped by a Super Bowl title with the New York Giants in February.
The 36-year-old Strahan, the NFL’s active leader in sacks, informed the Giants on Monday.
Now the Birds only have to worry about that other end who kicked the crap out of them last season.

Farewell to another GIANT legend and future Hall of Famer(1st ballot). Strahan was not only a great pass rusher he was also a great run stopper. That rare blend is what made him such a special player.
I am happy to see him ride off into the sunset with a ring on his finger.
Beware of the next great GIANTS DE . Justin Tuck.

Thank god this guy is retiring. Although I hate the Giants with a passion and seeing Strahan kill our QB’s over the years, he always seemed like a good guy and gave his props to the Eagles. Too bad Osi and the rest of the crew there won’t miss him too much. Hopefully, T.O. with his increase in drug tests will reveal that he pops antidepressants like candy or possibly steriods. F*** that piece of garbage. May the Cowboys burn in hell.

Well, this is a lil bitter sweat.
Its always fun to see him play. But, he KILLS the birds.
Well, anyway, its about time he retired. it was what, 15,16,17 years? well its time for him to go.
A very successful career. Now may we be blessed with Osi leaving the NFC

May they rot in hell for sure. Is it possible that T.O. is getting that look illegally?
Ouch.
